And so we embrace another year as we welcome in a pristine 2013.
A blessed Happy New Year to everyone!
So, what the heck then…were the Mayans all wrong or what?
As you know, many had assumed that the end of their calendar foretold that December 21, 2012, would be the end of our world. But did you hear what happened? That day came and went and the world carried on untouched.
So what were the Mayans trying to say then? Were they just joking, to get us to freak out? Or were they trying to tell us of another, more important, kind of change that will transform our world for the better, forever?
After consulting certain experts, I have come to believe that the Mayans were speaking of…
Yes chocolate—the world-loved delicious treat (that is actually good for you). After all, chocolate is indigenous to the region which their civilization inhabited. Who could be better qualified to be chocolate prognosticators?
It has now been confirmed by certain experts that the Mayans were actually pointing to the emergence of not just any chocolate but the new Chocolate Maple necks now available on every awesome Anderson Guitar!
As posted on the Mayan Calendar (probably) and on Facebook only a week or so ago, it stated something like:
The beloved Anderson Chocolate Maple necks are new and now slightly lighter in color than they were before. In the past, Chocolate Maple neck wood was the color of Dark Chocolate. Now, the new Chocolate Maple neck is a sweeter Milk Chocolate coloration.
Pictured is our new Chocolate Maple neck mated to a Drop Top Classic-Shorts with a Flame Maple Top and finished in a Light Tiger Eye Burst. Notice how perfectly the hue of the new Chocolate Maple matches the deeper colorations of the burst of this finish—very yummy.
Now this immediately begs the auditory inquiry: How does Chocolate Maple sound in comparison with a regular, natural-colored Maple neck? Sonically, the Maple-neck timbre remains the same for both versions. So, with eyes closed you could be playing a regular (vanilla) Maple or the new Chocolate Maple with no sonic deviation.
The term “Shorts” in the model name, “Drop Top Classic-Shorts” is short for a short S-style guitar—denoting a 24 ¾-inch scale length. The traditional scale length for an S-style guitar is 25 ½ inches. The minute you play one of these “Shorts” (a short S-style Anderson guitar) you will understand the meaning of ease, grace and forgiveness. Anything you could play before will flow freely forth with less effort.
So, finally the real Mayan mystery has been unraveled. Clarity has been given to the Earth. Of course there were those who thought that the real Mayan message foretold of the dawning of a new age of compassion and caring for our world.
Is it true?
Well, no one civilization is privy to exclusive information or cosmic messages, of course. It is open to everyone. We need only ask within—and the answer will come: Yes, now is the time of transformation toward a world of greater compassion, love, cooperation and caring. How then…how will this transformation begin? It begins with you and me. Start now, with us, and spread The Love! It will change everything and we can have the world as we all really know it should be.
